WWI Era 84th "Lincoln" Division Helmet:  Outstanding Original World War One Era United States Army Painted Helmet from a member of the 84th Infantry Division.  Outstanding condition, and 100% complete, with sound chinstrap and liner, and the majority of the original painted painted finish in a mix of Camo and Unit Insignia.  As nice an example as you will find these days. (SOLD)

WWI Era 33rd "Prairie" Division Helmet:  Excellent Original World War One Era United States Army Battle Helmet from a member of the 33rd Infantry Division, A.E.F.  Most of these soldiers were from federalized Illinois National Guard units, and saw heavy action in the Somme Offensive (Serving with the Australians) and the Meuse-Argonne.  Outstanding condition, and 100% complete, with supple chinstrap and liner, and the majority of the original painted sawdust finish.  As nice an example as you will find these days.  Top , Liner , Insignia (SOLD)

RARE WWI Era USMC Tan Officer's Cover:  Original World War One Era United States Marine Corps Tan Officer's Cover/Visor.  Looks great on a display stand, has some condition issues to visor and liner, but Overall a Solid Cover with Outstanding Original Period Officer's EGA Emblem.  These are substantially harder to find than the already rare Green or Blue equivalents. WWI 332nd Infantry Regiment Uniform Tunic:  Pristine 332nd IR Enlisted Tunic, W.W.I Era A.E.F., for a Corporal with Company F.  Near-Mint Condition Embroidered Bullion Patch on red wool backing, with Original bullion overseas stripe pair, discharge stripe, and wool on wool Corporal Stripes.  Screw back enlisted period collar discs are U.S. and 332 Infantry F devices, and all the original pierced buttons are present.  Overall condition of jacket is Excellent, and Patch is one of the Nicest 332nd I have seen.  A RARE patch to an equally rare Combat Unit.

WWI 14th Railway Engineers Uniform Tunic:  Great 14th Engineers Enlisted Tunic, W.W.I Era A.E.F., for a Sergeant.  Near-Mint Condition Embroidered on Wool Patch, with Original bullion overseas stripe pair, discharge stripe, and wool on wool Sergeant Stripes.  Screw back enlisted period collar discs are U.S. and Engineer Castle devices, and all the original blackened bronze buttons are present.  Overall condition of jacket is Excellent, with only minor mothing to the back.  A RARE patch to an equally rare Combat Unit. RARE China Marine Era USMC Helmet:  Original Post-World War One Era United States Marine Corps Helmet, with Meyer Metal Hallmarked EGA.  Looks to be 100% Correct for the period, with a nice Original Finish.  Overall Excellent Condition with obvious signs of age and wear.  Liner and Chinstrap are complete, although broken at one point. WWII CBI USAAF A-2 Jacket:  Original Army Air Forces A-2 Leather Flight Jacket, with Multi-Piece Leather "CBI" Patch.  Partially ID'd with a fragment of this Airman's ASN.  Overall Condition is solid, with all original components, but missing cuffs.  "Talon" Zipper intact and working properly, and the cuffs are replaceable should a buyer wish.  Great Original Item.  (SOLD)

WWII U.S. Army Winter Troops Parka:  Original Reversible Full length Winter Field Overcoat, Dated 7/24/1942 on Philadelphia Quartermaster Label sewn inside pocket.  Size 40.  100% Complete and All Original with Buttons, Snaps, Zippers, Belt, and Leather Grommets all in great shape.  There is some soiling throughout, generally very light and from wartime service use, but would clean out well if someone felt the need.  GREAT Condition with only typical signs of age and use, with NO rips or holes.  This came from a WWII ETO Tankers estate, and typical of what US Infantry, Armored Troops, and commonly the 10th Mountain was issued for winter combat during World War Two.  (SOLD)

Uniform to WWI USMC Navy Cross Recipient, and Famous Author, Colonel John W. Thomason Jr. (1893-1944):  Born in Texas; short story writer, biographer, artist. Served in Co. B, 5th Marines, 4th Brigade of Marines, 2nd Division, American Expeditionary Force, at Belleau Wood, Soissons, St. Mihiel, Blanc Mont, Argonne. Awarded Navy Cross for assaulting machine gun nest at Soissons. Later served in Nicaragua, China, and Fleet Marine Force. Attained rank of colonel before his death in 1944.  This WWII period service dress "IKE" pattern blouse is Named and Dated, with an outstanding Hand Stitched Set of 1/2" WWII period ribbons, and Sterling Colonel's Eagles. RARE WWII "Aussie Made" USMC Battle Dress Tunic:  Very Nice ID'd 1st Marine Division Blouse.   Jacket has an Outstanding Australian Made “Bevo” Style 1st Marine Division Patch, nicely outlined and stitched in red thread.  This is an early 1942 Dated, Australian Made United States Marine Corps Battle Dress Jacket.  ID’d inside to “A.F. YONKOWSKI”, who was a 1st Division Marine, apparently from New York State.  Label states “Size V137”, along with the 1942 date and “Made in Australia”.  A stenciled and ID’d battle damaged helmet, apparently from this same veteran is currently in another collector’s hands, and was also acquired in the same region as this tunic.  The jacket is missing two of the concealed buttons, but otherwise in outstanding original condition, with all other buttons and fasteners in place.  Wool cloth with no visible signs of mothing, and displays very nicely.  An Exceptional World War Two U.S.M.C. WWII USMC Mess Dress Uniform ID'd to Officer at Battle of Midway:  Dress Uniform attributed to Lt. Lewis A. Jones, who commanded an Artillery Battery at Midway.  First Lieutenant Lewis A. Jones, Battery C, 4th Defense Battalion, was assigned the job of setting up its 3-inch battery on Sand Island.  Original Tailor Label, clearly marked and dated in 1939 just after he received his Officer's Commission.  Near Mint Bullion Braided Shoulder Boards, with matching opposed set of period pin back Sterling H&H EGA's.  An Extremely High Quality Uniform, with Beautiful Bullion work and High quality Wool with a very heavy lining.  Truly one of the nicest looking uniforms I've seen, in Excellent Original Condition.  Battle of Midway Mention  (SOLD)

Beautiful WWII Mediterranean command IKE:  Nice custom tailored Tunic (Most likely in Theater), modified from a 4 Pocket to look like an IKE Jacket.  U.S. Army Forces Middle East Patch.  Embroidered Bullion on a Velvet Base... ID'd USMC Full General's Cover/Visor Hat:  Outstanding Original Service Green Visor for General Edwin A. Pollock. (WWII Navy Cross at Guadalcanal)  Has his official calling card as Lieutenant General inside crown, and well made H&H EGA.  Gen. Pollock was promoted to Four Star status upon retirement in 1959.  It appears that this may be the same "Cover" he is wearing is his official retirement portrait.  (SOLD)  View Biography and Detail Photos

ID'd Post WWII Senior Officer's Visor Hat:  Original 1950’s  Green Army Engineering Officer’s “Luxemberg-Made” Visor Hat.  This is a top quality maker with Beautiful Doe-Skin Crown and Gold Bullion “Scrambled Eggs” on visor for higher ranking officer.  100% Complete and in Near-Mint condition.  Luxemberg Marked Throughout, including sweatband, liner, AND reverse side of Peak Eagle (Brass Insignia).  Definitive Engineering Officer buttons on sides of chinstrap.  You will rarely find them in this nice of condition.  Only slight signs of wear, with a few minor strands of loose and oxidized Bullion.  It would easily cost more than the reserve at a current Army outfitter, for this quality.  ID'd with an original Calling Card to a Colonel. (SOLD)
