The first buyer to contact me on an item/lot, confirm purchase intent, and then complete payment in acceptable timeframe takes item.
I will consider serious trade offers. Don't be afraid to be creative... but do understand that many of these items will move quickly and I can only credit retail values for items that I'd like for my personal collection. Bottom line is that we need to discuss this up front.

Buyer pays reasonable S&H, and I will do my best to offer the safest and most economical shipping option. We primarily use the U.S. Postal Service, but will utilize other shippers for specific needs. In some cases we may also need to add reasonable handling fees to cover the cost of special packing materials, etc.
The following link will give you a basic guide to Domestic U.S. S&H Costs, but is subject to change. International Shipping will need to be calculated on an individual basis.
Seller Guarantees that item will be as described; this includes a Return Policy if not satisfied (5 Business Days to Return Lot in the same condition as originally sent, Original Payment Minus S&H and/or Unrecoverable Expenses related to this specific transaction only).
Full refund if we misidentify or misrepresent an item, again upon return of said item in same condition as sent.
Payment is to be made in U.S. Funds, via Cash, Money Order, or Check. I can also accept “PayPal” for VISA/MC/AMEX/Discover, Checking Debit, and PayPal Balance Transfer transactions for items under $100. I will, in some cases, accept PayPal for larger purchases, but that will need to be negotiated up front as the fees tend to be less cost effective at higher levels.

The lot will normally ship within 2 Business Days of receipt of immediately negotiable funds. Personal Checks, while accepted, will hold lot for 7-10 Business Days for clearance.
Most lots will have a linked image and/or detailed description but, due to the speed of turnover for many of these, that will not be the case for everything. Many of the rarer or more unusual items will not be openly priced, and you will need to contact us if interested in the item(s). The site is not intended to be a price guide, as the rarer and higher quality collectibles are not commodity items, meaning the market is dynamic and always changing with supply and demand. We price according to current fair market conditions, and respect the fact that most high end sellers and buyers wish transactions to be done discreetly. We guarantee authenticity, take pride in our research, and do our best to bring you the quality material we can find.
Please feel free to ask any questions before making a decision to purchase, and we can provide pictures of most items on request.
We do not/and will not, handle reproduction material, and feel strongly that the sale of these items seriously damages the field. While there is a time and place for certain reproductions, to be used for historical reenactments and educational displays when original artifacts are not available, we choose not to deal in that area. Many of these "repro" items are sold to unsuspecting buyers as real, thus hurting the reputation of legitimate dealers, and defeating the goal of getting new players interested in the field.
