Original Named Early 14K Gold BB&B Naval Aviator Wing

This is an Outstanding Original 1920's-1930's Era 14K Gold Bailey Banks and Biddle, pin back with locking catch, Naval Aviator Wing, Nicely Hand Engraved " W. O. Brice ". This more recently came out of the Norm Flayderman Collection, and was purchased in that well documented auction in November of 2000.
Four-Star General Brice was an early Marine Corps Aviator, commanded Marine Fighter and Bomber Squadrons in WWII at Guadalcanal, and later Director of Marine Corps Aviation in the 1950s. He received his Aviator designation in 1924, and went on to a very distinguished and varied career, retiring in 1956.
